Am Donnerstag wurde mit dem L\u00e4nderpartner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spain.info\/de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Spanien<\/a>, der &#8222;Welttag der Tapa&#8220; gefeiert.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\"><em><span style=\"color: #333333;\">For the second time, the Food Festival &#8222;Taste &amp; Style&#8220; at Munich Airport was presented from 15th &#8211; 18th June 2017. Antonio Sogorb, der Meister im Schinkenschneiden. Als Gr\u00fcnder von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jamonmeister.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Jam\u00f3n Meister<\/a> zeigte er allen Interessierten, mit wieviel Geschick er die isolierende Fettschicht bis zum 1A Serrano Schinken tranchiert. Anschliessend waren die Besucher zum Verkosten eingeladen. As the founder of Jam\u00f3n Meister, he showed everyone interested how skilled he cares for the insulating grease layer up to the finale piece of Serrano ham. Afterwards the visitors were invited to taste. Die G\u00e4ste konnten diese Weine gratis verkosten. Beim Probieren stellten wir die speziellen und feinen Noten nach Karamell, Malz und Vanille fest. Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker\u00a0schmeckt weder nach Kokos, noch hat er mit normalem Raffinadezucker irgendetwas zu tun. When we tasted, we experienced\u00a0the special and delicate notes of caramel, malt and vanilla. Coconut blossom sugar neither tastes of coconut, nor does it have anything to do with normal raffinade sugar. Moderiert wurde die Show von Nils Holst, der die Fragen der Zuschauer aufnahm und sie an Sebastian weitergab. Man wollte wissen, wie er, eine Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche ansetze und wie lange.
