Exclusive Wiesn Opening from absolute front row
On 22nd of September 2018 W&W 360 Grad GmbH and cove & co hosted the first exclusive Wiesn Opening party inside the store of german tailor von cove & co in Munich.

Basically, the best seats are in the first row. Whether at a fashion show or at the festive entrance of the Oktoberfest owners every year.
The exclusive Wiesn Opening Party, in which entrepreneurs, artists, pilots, PR agencies, medical professionals and athletes met, was under the motto of the charming communication among the guests. Meanwhile, all those present from the front row enjoyed the preparation and departure of the Wiesn hosts in the morning.

The store of cove & co not only has a noble charm, but is perfectly located in the Josephspitalstraße, in which the Oktoberfest hosts set up in front of the store for their festive way to Wiesn are every year again.
The festive entry of the Oktoberfest hosts at Wiesn Opening
At around 8:00 am, the first brewery wagons with their beautifully decorated hangers and the proud, top-mounted horses turn into Josephspitalstrasse.
Unlike in Formula 1 not all cars are at their starting positions in the very first second. Only gradually, the teams move up forward and position themselves. Like this the yearly procedure never creates stress or time pressure for the musicians or horses.

Wiesn Opening Party from front row
Our joint “Party” started at 8:15 am with the first test sounds from the saxophone by Adrian. The duo Saxobeatz, consisting of the two friends Jörn with classical music education as a DJ and the saxophonist Adrian, who has already won several international awards, accompanied our exclusive event.

Throughout the morning, the wagons and horses were admired. The Oktoberfest hosts and other participants always are approachable for all spectators. It is even allowed for a nice photo to get on the wagon.

Of course, our little guests got their money’s worth. During the whole morning typical bavarian meat loaf, pretzels and beer were served in the store.

For a sparkling variety with drinks a luxury water – Nevas Water was presented by the founder Nicholas Steuer.

From two special fountains, Nicholas created a cuvée that resembles the pearly texture of a champagne. We all love traditional drinks, but one can always be open for a young trend: the conscious enjoyment of a non-alcoholic drink in the name of health and naturalness.
Wouldn’t there be an exclusive event without champagne?
Champagne Characters represented by owner Nicola Neumann is the only champagne boutique in Germany that has in stock champagne only from independent winemakers. She offers the best 500 champagnes and has incredible knowledge. The guests could taste different champagnes and were thrilled with the stories to be invented for each presented brand.

All good things have to finally end
As always, the carriages and wagons set in motion at 10:45 am in order to be able to reach the Oktoberfest punctually, so that at 12:00 pm Lord Mayor Dieter Reiter will make the first tapping at Oktoberfest.
Even after all wagons and Oktoberfest hosts had left for a long time, our guests continued to celebrate and dance, as here Anna Maria Kaufmann with her dog Oskar.
It was not until 1 pm that the last guests left the party in the direction of the Theresienwiese or set off on their way home.
Summary of exclusive Wiesn Opening at cove & co
This year’s celebration at cove & co turned out to be such a great success that we do not say too much if we ask you to save the date for 21.09.2019. Because CEO of cove & co Ulrich Hesse said:
“We are pleased to have celebrated the prelude to an upcoming Wiesn classic successfully.”
Old acquaintances met happily again and new friendships were closed. It was a fantastic morning with exclusive highlights.

Our guests were Anna Maria Kaufmann (Sopranist and awarded four-times Platin and eight-times Gold for more than 2 Mio. sold CD’s of “Phantom of the Opers”), Chriz Bauer (Known from VOX- the perfect dinner as well as Galileo) as well as Jeannette Graf, fashion, beauty, lifestyle and travel influencer with her fotographer Maria Strehl.

Background on the cooperation
W&W 360 Grad GmbH is a licensed travel agency and luxury hotel consultant, specialized on luxury events.
cove & co is a german specialist for tailormade fashion with store all over on all important places in Germany.
This led to a cooperation between the two companies. Of course, coincidence always plays a role, but crucial for the first telephone call was a very good network of both companies.
As a result, tickets for this event can not be purchased publicly. Long-standing customers, business partners and friends can be treated as guests. The event gives both companies the opportunity to say thank you in an exclusive setting.
We are already looking forward to the next year!
